The world's only Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL) manufactured using dry papermaking and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes. Our diverse product range includes GDLs with thicknesses ranging from 155 to 300 μm and grammages from 56 to 92 g/m². These GDLs are characterized by high mass transfer, low resistance, high gas permeability, high porosity, and strong toughness, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications.

This product is truly and fully domestic - made and self - developed: all raw materials are of domestic origin, and the equipment and processes are independently developed and under our full control.

Shanghai JAXX New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. The company has long been dedicated to the research, development, and design of carbon fiber composite materials. Its products cover gas diffusion layer products for fuel cells, carbon paper and carbon felt products for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production, carbon felt products for flow batteries, and brake disc products for aircraft and passenger vehicles. 

The company's headquarters is located in Shanghai International Wealth Center, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The first factory is situated in the Lingang New Area, with a workshop area of 5,000 square meters. The second factory is located in the High-tech Zone of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, covering an area of 30 mu and having a building area of 16,000 square meters. The company has more than 20 professional R&D engineers and over 80 technical workers.

The gas diffusion layer products have been installed in more than 1,000 sets of vehicles in total, and the products operate stably. The company has passed the ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001-2015 quality management system certifications, and has applied for and been authorized more than 20 technical invention patents and 4 PCT patents.
