ZTT CE Hydrogen Co., Ltd. has completed its new manufacturing facility and commissioned two alkaline electrolyzer production lines, raising its annual hydrogen equipment production capacity to 1 GW.

Established in 2022 as a joint venture between Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd. (ZTT), CHN Energy Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd., and the National Institute of Clean-and-Low-Carbon Energy (NICE), ZTT CE Hydrogen specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of hydrogen production and refueling equipment.

The company has developed a range of hydrogen equipment by leveraging NICE’s capabilities in original hydrogen technology development. Its products include a 1,000 Nm³/h low-power alkaline electrolyzer and a 35 MPa high-flow hydrogen dispenser. These products have received industry recognition, including the National First-of-a-Kind Energy Equipment recognition and the Electric Power Science & Technology Progress Award.

ZTT CE Hydrogen has also obtained testing and certification reports from third-party organizations, including TÜV Rheinland, through its engineering technology center. The company said its products have been deployed and validated in multiple hydrogen projects in China and overseas.

Earlier this year, ZTT CE Hydrogen won a contract for the FVG Hydrogen Valley project in Italy, marking the company’s first overseas delivery of a complete hydrogen engineering solution.
