Stegra has completed installation of all 37 electrolyser modules at its hydrogen plant in Boden, marking a major step toward what is expected to become Europe’s largest green hydrogen production facility. The final module caps a massive delivery effort, with more than 800 containers shipped to site, highlighting the sheer scale and complexity of assembling industrial hydrogen infrastructure at this level.

The company described the milestone as a collective effort across engineering, logistics, procurement, construction and operations teams, underlining how many moving parts are involved in projects of this size. The focus now shifts to pre-commissioning and commissioning, where systems are tested, integrated and prepared for actual hydrogen production.
