The project covers the supply of all components required to connect the electrolyzer to the medium-voltage grid and produce hydrogen using renewable electricity.

Beyond Green is promoting the project within the Sines Green Hydrogen Valley (SinesH2GValley) and is the special-purpose vehicle for the 10 MW development.

RCT Hydrogen will supply the electrolyzer equipment and provide commissioning and start-up services. The system will use alkaline pressure electrolysis.

RCT Hydrogen develops water-electrolysis systems and works with Guofuhee, which supplies key hydrogen-equipment components, and the engineering team at RCT Solutions. Key manufacturing stages are planned to take place in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.

Miguel Matias, Chairman of Beyond Green, said: “we are happy to sign the turn-key contract with our partner RCT GH as a reliable supplier not only for the equipment, but as well commissioning and start-up of the green hydrogen production. The timeframe for starting shipment still in 2026 and having production start in summer 2027 is challenging, but achievable with the right partners.”
