SHENZHEN — Driven by tightening emission standards for traditional diesel generators and energy storage endurance limits of lead-acid and lithium batteries, demand for zero-carbon, long-duration hydrogen emergency power solutions is rapidly emerging. Addressing application scenarios across data centers, outdoor engineering, and disaster relief, Shenzhen Wenstone Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., LTD.(Wenshi Hydrogen) has launched a mobile containerized hydrogen emergency power system.
The equipment adopts an integrated truck-container design. The roof is fitted with auxiliary photovoltaic panels and a rainwater harvesting system, while the cabin integrates hydrogen production, storage, fuel cell power generation, and intelligent power distribution modules — enabling integrated "solar-storage-hydrogen-electricity" operations.
Utilizing Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolyzers for hydrogen production paired with fuel cells for power generation, the unit operates with zero pollutant emissions, noise levels at or below 65 dB, and a combined energy efficiency exceeding 90% through combined heat and power (CHP) waste heat recovery. The system provides continuous power supply following on-site refueling, delivering over 72 hours of stable power generation under full storage capacity while adapting to severe cold, extreme heat, and high-altitude environments. Built on a modular architecture, power ratings range from 100 kW to 1 MW, supporting standalone operation or multi-unit parallel capacity expansion. Additionally, the unit features an integrated cloud digital control platform equipped with automatic gas leak alarms and shut-off protections, supporting remote start-stop, fault pre-warnings, and unmanned operation.
The emergency power system is tailored for backup power applications in computing data centers, emergency rescue operations, border defense communication base stations, zero-carbon industrial parks, and remote mining sites.
