On October14, 2026, the 60 MW/120 MWh energy storage power station supporting the Guohua Rudong 400MW photovoltaic project, the largest intertidal zone photohydrogen storage integration project inChina, was officially put into operation. For example, the Dongguang Hydrogen Storage IntegrationProject is located on the beach outside the levee in the eastern reclamation area of Rudong HenanProvince. It is the first comprehensive energy utilization+coastal ecological governance projectintegrating photovoltaic power generation, hydrogen production and energy storage power stationsin China, and also the third batch of large wind power photovoltaic base projects in Sagehuang. Thetotal installed capacity of photovoltaics is 400 megawatts, and the annual utilization hours are about 1200 hours.
