Suzhou, China — Suzhou Suqing Hydrogen Equipment Co., Ltd. has completed the on-site installation, commissioning and final acceptance of a custom-built electrolyzer project for a major steel producer in Bangladesh.

The electrolyzer system has met all design specifications, with several key performance indicators exceeding contractual requirements. The project marks another milestone for Suqing Hydrogen in the South Asian industrial hydrogen market.

The customised, high-efficiency electrolyzer was fully assembled and shipped to Bangladesh in late May 2026. After the equipment arrived at the customer’s plant, Suqing’s technical team initially provided remote guidance for the installation process and responded promptly to technical queries to ensure the work progressed according to specifications.

To support successful project delivery and stable subsequent operation, Suqing dispatched engineers to Bangladesh to provide on-site technical support. Working closely with the customer’s local team, the engineers completed equipment commissioning and system verification step by step before concluding the final acceptance process.

The project delivery supports the green transition of Bangladesh’s steel industry while marking another step in Suqing Hydrogen’s expansion into overseas markets in South Asia.

Suqing Hydrogen said that all three of its overseas projects scheduled for delivery in 2026 have now been completed.
